I have joined Tripada Family in 2013 and started my duty as a coordinator in Tripada Primary School, Viramgam. I was very much impressed by the school management and discipline of learners. I found convenient to put my ideas into action in this school.
I feel holistic development of a child is necessary instead of focusing only on exam oriented academics; it can be developed by regularly in all academic activities as well as participating in extracurricular activities. Tripada Gurukulam provides excellent atmosphere for the same.
For Academic development of the learner our school’s well trained teaching staff do their best using modern methods, techniques, technology and experience for overall development. We arrange different sports competition, fairs, and exhibitions we invite expert for giving lectures on different subjects.
According to me building of discipline, eagerness to serve the needy good character in wide sense are necessary, They can be developed among the learners providing them practical example and by moral stories.
I along with my enthusiastic team of teachers, school staff and the management freely discuss and exchange our views which can be beneficiary for the development of the Learners.
Our aim is to build sound character, excellent personality which gives the society nation a good and inspiring citizen.
